Ocular Migraines
At Selfcare Plus we regularly read through customer feedback. Today we read a story from a customer who suffers with Ocular Migraines.
Ocular migraines can cause vision loss, or blindness, in one eye lasting up to an hour. You can experience ocular migraines either with a migraine or following one. WebMD says that:
“Regular migraines can also cause vision problems, called an aura, which can involve flashing lights and blind spots in your vision. But these symptoms usually appear in both eyes.”

Her Story
In her note she told us she suffers from frequent ocular migraines. For her stress and light seem to trigger these intense and painful events. Her migraines are so severe she suffers with what she describes as “light shows” and vision distortions for about 30 minutes. Following the vision distortion she deals with excruciating pain.
After consulting her Doctor, she’s now able to take an all natural approach and proactive steps to “nip these ocular migraines in the bud” and stop them from progressing any further. She’s finally found relief!
This is just one of many stories we’ve received from migraine sufferers who’ve finally found relief. Many tell us they are grateful to have a natural approach that doesn’t require medication too.
